Course Description

Topics in basic/ experimental psychology (i.e., perception, cognition, emotion, or learning) touch on the fundamentals of human activity. Thus, the basic experimental research should be closely related to our lives and society. However, it is not easy to apply the findings from experimental research to our daily-life. In this lecture, we discuss the social meaning of findings from experimental research. The aim of this lecture is to think what meaning of experimental findings is and how it applies to understanding our mental and social activity through presentation about recent studies and discussion.
