Course Description

As various structural reforms are on-going in Japan, it is very important to understand the economic role of law and institution. We study the basic game theory and economic theory of information to study the economic analysis of law and institution. In the course of seminarⅡ, we mainly study the economic theory of information i.e.　asymmetric information, risk and insurance, moral-hazard, adverse-selection, screening, signaling, Japanese employment system, Incomplete contract etc.
