Course Description

The Tax Law is a law stipulating the appearance, the settlement and the disapperance of taxable receivables and payables.
And it is also closely related to the Constitution, Civil Code, Company Law, Accounting, etc. By learning the tax law, you can integrate these knowledge and make it truly useful in the actual world.
This class aims to deepen the understanding of the tax law and to help students to make master's thesis. Therefore the students are required to give presentation about their researches based on the tax law cases and discuss them with other classmates.
