Course Description

In addition to materials and librarians, the library facility themselves are also an important element for libraries to provide services. Recently, as electronic materials and networked information resources have become widespread, the role of the library as a place for learning and community has been reexamining. In this course, in order to understand the role and function of the library as a facility / place and to be able to think about better library services, we discuss about planning of library, design of the space, arrangement of the space and each component.
