Course Description

We will deepen our understanding of the concepts, "objective sharing", "objective completion processes" and "human resource development". These are necessary for school management to achieve organizational objectives, and learn how school management ought to be based on the PDCA cycle. Finally, you will create a strategy map which will show paths to achieve goals, and present your findings.
