Course Description

Corporate finance is a field involving the raising of funds necessary for companies to conduct economic activities. More specifically, we learn about what kinds of funds are necessary, what factors influence cash flow, and what kinds of methods are available for fund procurement, including practical aspects.
In fall, as with other aspects of corporate activities, we learn about the modalities and practicalities of commonly used fund procurement in modern times.
