Course Description

This is a seminar on Japanese culture. Students will select a subject they are interested in. There will be no final exam, but students will be required to produce an essay on the subject of their choice in lieu of an exam. Each week they will read texts in the subject of their choice, make short presentations and report on the progress of their reading and writing
