Course Description

Japanese Medical law does not have a proper code, but a wide range of laws and regulations constitute together various rules on health and medicine. It might be too hardy and hasty to treat all aspects of Medical law in this elementally course. Therefore, we will focus on certain types of medical act and learn how medicine and health care are provided and regulated. This course requires basic knowledge of Medical law I, Constitutional law and Administrative law, so that students are encouraged to review those subjects before the course starts.
