Course Description

In the last half, based on the SWOT analysis and 5 forces analysis that we leraned in the spring semester, we will proceed our management analysis from a viewpoint of "Business Model". Because business models are very critical for corporations to enhance innnovations and maintain their competitive advantages, we will inplement various case studies and analyze business models of selected companies by using "Business Model Cambus". Finally students will make a presentation of the results of their analysis.
