Course Description

Adam Smith highlighted importance of division of labor in his famous book titled “The Wealth of Nations”. In order to solve large-scale social problems, we form corporations in which people work together under division of their labors. Management is a practical science which pursue that corporations accomplish their business objectives and gain a proper profit in effective and efficient ways. In this course, we will introduce practical case studies and discuss management agenda that most Japanese companies are faced with.
