Course Description

In this course, we will focus IT industry and IT businesses. The progress of IT showed as IoT, AI, big data, robot, and cloud computing is expected to be accelerated because of 5G introduction. In this course, we will look back to history of computers, and development of LAN, WAN and internet. After that we will validate positive and adverse impacts of digital revolution. At last we will introduce and discuss some cases of “digital transformation” in the Japanese industry.　At the first half, we will focus industrial trend rather than individual IT companies.
