Course Description

In our society, many people work and make their living through employment. However, in employment relationships, employees potentially face myriad troubles without applicable regulations owing to their potential economic dependency on their employers. ‘Labor & Employment Law’ provides regulations in order to remedy / alleviate any such trouble and to enable workers to live with at least a modicum of requisite dignity. On the premises covered in the prior course Labor & Employment law, we will carefully examine important academic texts, which address issues concerning what may occur in Japanese workplaces.
