Course Description

Lectures on foods and beverages that supported Japanese food culture. Japanese food uses various ingredients produced in Japan. It is also necessary to understand the movement of production areas and the actual situation of production, distribution and consumption of such food and beverages in order to understand Japanese food culture. Based on this, this lecture will focus on the history of foods and beverages produced in Japan.
