Course Description

Civil procedure is in order to implement their rights, on the assumption the knowledge of substantive law, such as civil law. This course will analyze how to do the trial. From the view of what kind of rules can be fairly and conflict resolution, we will think of a better civil procedure, resulting in understanding the idea of procedure law.
We will study dealing with the appeal, judgment and so on.
