Through practical training conducted over the course of an academic year, students will work toward gaining (1) an understanding of the educational activities and the working roles of faculty and staff in actual schools, (2) an awareness of the duties of teachers, (3) a deepening of their understanding of child-age pupils, (4) a grasp of relevant methods, and (5) a heightening of the skills needed for engaging directly in school education, working collaboratively, and guiding pupils.
