Course covers a large spectrum of transboundary cooperation accelerated by globalization. International law and international institutions, particularly the United Nations are presented at first. Then, major world's challenges such as international peace, poverty, refugee, and climate change are examined as example of such cooperation, while roles played by actors other than government or international institution are also focused. Special sessions are planned so that course participants can share guest speakers' actual experiences.
Evaluation is based on attendance + submission of reaction paper in each session (50%) and term-end exam(50%).
