Course Description

As long as a teacher is the job which provides children better learning, her/his education should not be done at a venture, but should be done with well-considered methods.
As we had gone through school education, we already know some educational methods which teachers use and it is not so difficult for us to emulate the methods. However, the emulation cannot exhaust possibilities of the originals and the methods might not enough for children in front of. Therefore, would-be teachers should make up their own better educational methods.
In this lecture, we aim to acquire competence to make up our own better educational methods through learning various "legacies" of educational method in postwar Japan.
