Course Description

　　Administrative actions may violate our rights or interests. How should we seek a remedy when we are unable to accept them?
　　In this course, we will study the procedures for resolution of a dispute which administrative actions cause, referring to the statutes in the main Administrative Appeal Act and Administrative Case Litigation Act, and some cases. This course will help you to understand the structure of Administrative Remedy Law.
