Course Description

　　The aim of this course is to help students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge needed to achieve a better performance in their educational studies. This course will revisit the perception that career development is individual issues.
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the following:
・Describe and explain major methods and theories, not only pedagogy but also andragogy,
・Evaluate major studies in terms of educational methods, results, conclusions and implications,
・Apply theories or findings to real world situations.
