Course Description

What is human beings? What is the origin of human beings? What makes humans human? Traditionally, Western philosophy has posed these questions and sought for answers. In this course, reading Michael Landmann’s Fundamental Anthropology as the main textbook, we shall examine the Western way of understanding human beings. The size of this course is relatively small, and is discussion-based.
