Course Description

In this course, we will study the general theory of administrative law focusing on judicial precedents.
We will examine the issues and the like in court cases about problems such as the principle of administration based on law, administrative actions, ensuring the effectiveness of administration and non-authoritative administrative activities.
Each student will be expected to give a presentation and to join the discussions on the presentations to deepen understanding of the significance and role of administrative law in administrative activities.
