Course Description

This lecture offers a survey of classical sources of the Japanese intellectual history and introduces students to current research issues. It is designed to help students to engage in an informed discussion about Japanese culture and thought in their future professions.

This lecture is the continuation of "Issues in the Study of Thought and Culture I". It is recommended that students attend both parts of this lecture.
