Course Description

In this course the students will learn basic Spanish in a global way. The students will learn not only to read simple sentences in the indicative mode but also to assimilate the vocabulary and the expressions used in everyday life. The goal is to reach a level in which the students can use the knowledge acquired orally. There will be more emphasis on practice than in theory, considering that grammar is a tool to learn to speak a language correctly. The textbook has a DVD where scenes of daily life Spanish are presented.
