Course Description

This Course aims to understand the basis of Business Administration widely and deeply. I will explain clearly by using the case of actual companies.
In particular, I will explain the basis of Management Organization, Management Administration and Management Strategy. In addition, this course is associated with the “Business Qualifying Examination” which confirms management ability.
