Course Description

Local finance is the finances of many local governments. Whereas the finance of the central government of a single public finance, however local finance is a collection of many local governments finances. It is a financial activity 47 prefectures, 1,700 municipalities. Those local governments, its scale, economic conditions or historical condition are also different.
In this lecture, we will consider various issues, which modern local finance has, to deepen our knowledge of the local finance system.
