Course Description

Environmental law requires an analysis based on the perspectives of various fields of legal sciences and various disciplines. In this lecture, we will discuss environmental issues from various legal fields, and explain their limitations and overcoming them.
In order to understand environmental laws, the following three steps are required. (1) what problems have occurred in the field, (2) what legal problems have occurred, and (3) can existing laws be used to deal with them? If not, what are the limitations and how have you addressed them?
