Course Description

International relations have been changing dramatically and becoming more complex. In recent years, non-state actors such as multinational corporations (MNCs), think tanks and NGOs have increasingly become influential. In need of understanding international affairs more clearly, it is crucial to view critically each issue.
This seminar allows us to study diplomacy by learning from consultancy, NGOs and journalism relating to security, economy and social issues. It encourages students to actively collect resources from abroad and share the information through discussion and presentation to develop critical thinking.
