Course Description

This lecture course for graduate student, we study different levels of economic development among countries through learning history of contemporary Japanese economy. The coverage period is from the revival period (1945-1955) to the period of high economic growth (1955-1973). And what is more, students must make good preparations and review what was learned. The contents of this class will help students to obtain a complete view of historical transition shaped by economic activity of Japanese. We must absorb a wider view for economics, routine economical information, current and future prospective of economic activity of mankind.
