Course Description

This course is an introduction to Management & Business Adminitsration. Basic management theories, principles, and frameworks are to be lectured with practical examples and interesting topics. This course is designed for students to widely understnad background of management issues that modern firms are faced with and to have confident opinions about how to address the undergoing management issues.
In the fall semester, as well as learning fundamental theories of organization structure, motivation, leadership and human resource management, we will dramatically tackle management issues that most Japanese companies are faced with and explore basic directions to solve the problems by break-through innovations.
