Course Description

This course aims to broaden students’ knowledge on criminal law, focusing on relevant jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and other courts. During the Spring Semester (“Special Topics I”), the course will deal with case law concerning the “General Part” of the Penal Code, i.e. requirements common to specific crimes.
