Course Description

Civil procedure is in order to implement their rights, on the assumption the knowledge of substantive law, such as civil law. This course will analyze how to do the trial. From the view of what kind of rules can be fairly and conflict resolution, we will think of a better civil procedure.
To understand the flow of the civil litigation and learn the technique of resolution, we will study the problem of procedure law regard to the modern society.
