Course Description

Intellectual property is defined as "inventions, new varieties of plants, designs, copyrighted works, other things created by human creative activities, trademarks, trade names, other goods or services used in business activities, and trade secrets. Other technical or business information useful for business activities ”(Article 2 of the Basic Law on Intellectual Property).
In this lesson, I will first give an overview of intellectual property. After that, students aim to acquire elementary practical skills in introductory intellectual property management, contract practice and contract negotiation in a wide range of fields from the content industry to the manufacturing industry.
