Course Description

Intellectual property is defined as "inventions, new varieties of plants, designs, copyrighted works, other things created by human creative activities, trademarks, trade names, other goods or services used in business activities, and trade secrets. Technical and business information useful for other business activities "(Article 2 of the Basic Law on Intellectual Property).
In this class, students will understand the outline of intellectual property, understand the concept of familiar cases such as the knowledge of intellectual property required when writing reports and dissertations, and understand basic intellectual property skills.
