Course Description

“Sociology of Law” deals with the relationship between laws and the society, so it can be said that it targets in a wide range of fields. This course will especially focus on the laws about “Family” and “Children”, and we will understand the relationship between laws and the society.
In this class, in order to deepen the consideration about them, we will examine contemporary new issues and problems concerning “marriage and law”, “divorce and law”, “parent-child relationship and law” and others.
