Course Description

In this lecture, I will deal with the management by modern Chinese companies. In this lecture, I will clarify the development and evolution of modern Chinese companies and today's issues, and then each graduate student will learn how the efforts of Japanese companies learned in the previous term can be applied to the management development of modern Chinese companies.
