Course Description

While experiencing the joy of expression with the brush, students will learn how to write kanji characters "correctly arranged, legible, and beautifully" in Gyosho. The study of the brush is all about learning the original way of writing characters by the brush and deepening one's understanding of writing characters. This class is not about writing well with a brush, but about acquiring the skills to write a line with a hard brush "correctly arranged, legible, and beautiful".
