Course Description

The object of this lecture is to learn the EU as the most developed model of regional economic integration. In this lecture, particularly following subjects will be treated: Evolution of ideas of European Economic Integration from the end of the 19th century to the Second World War, Integration policy in the UK, France and Germany after the war, birth and evolution of the ECSC/EEC/EC/EU, and European Integration as a factor in the golden age of the European economy.
