Course Description

This course will provide a total overview of the rules covering by the law of the civil procedure that governs issues arising from some normal contract or relationship between people in Japan .Particularly,this course ,first of all,will provide basic knowledge about civil procedure rules which is one of the legal process used by the court,secondarily, International Jurisdiction,finally,the procedural rules covering Civil procedure and Commercial arbitration as the way of dispute resolution.
