Course Description

　In this lecture, we will examine the question of "what is history" by taking up the historical themes of various times and regions. You would have memorized various knowledge about history until you went to university. However, the original history is an attempt to restore the past based on historical materials. No need to memorize knowledge. Information gathering / analysis and imagination are required. I hope that you will be able to consider various issues and problems of modern society through such historical methodologies.
