Course Description

　In this class, students will learn a comprehensive basic knowledge of the Spanish language in order to actively engage in crosscultural communication. Students will not only learn grammar, but also acquire basic expressions and vocabulary commonly used in daily life. The emphasis is on practice rather than theory, and grammar is considered only as a tool for understanding the language.
　The course materials include an original DVD filmed and edited in Spain, featuring native speakers of various ages, which allows students to have a virtual conversational experience with them through a monitor. Students are expected to actively participate in the class.
