Course Description

The goal of this seminar is to grasp a balanced understanding of public finance issues in Japan. Students are needed to make a presentation about Japanese social problems. In the spring semester, firstly, we read some papers which wrote about Japanese public finance. Each student will then make a presentation on a chosen topic. Grading will be based on participation in the class discussion and the quality of the presentation.
