Course Description

These exercises will focus on how to improve Japan's hospitality industry. Therefore, they broadly concentrate on hospitality management as the theme. As a sub-theme, you will learn about hospitality around the world, and the hospitality that
is unique to Japan.

You will divide into groups, conduct research, find and discuss common issues. In accordance with this research, we will carry out a field survey．We may also invite external lecturers to share their specialized knowledge and skills.
