Course Description

The purpose of the first half of this seminar Ⅱ is to create an actual business plan through group work based on the management strategy and entrepreneurial strategy theory learned in seminar I, and report it at the business plan contest. The purpose of the latter half of this seminar Ⅱ is to select a company by each person and analyze the company from the viewpoint of business strategy theory, and present the results and report it at this seminar.
