Course Description

This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of local autonomy law systems in Japan. This course is divided into 2 parts, Local Government I and Local Government II. In 'Local Government I', we will especially study about the following topics: 'basic principles of local autonomy' to 'administrative power of local government'.
