Course Description

This lecture will present rough sketch of historical processes of the globalization.Nature and characteristics of the international economy differ each periods: there are the periods when free trade was popular, and those periods protections and regulations were the major policy tools. As to the period after the Second World War, we focuse on basic nature of the economic policy in each region or countries
