Course Description

This course is an introduction to Management & Business Administration. Basic management theories, principles, and frameworks are to be lectured with practical examples and interesting topics. This course is designed for students to widely understand backgrounds of management issues that modern firms are faced with and to have confident opinions about how to address the undergoing management issues. In the first semester, we will mainly learn basic management principles, environmental analysis, competitive strategies and business models. This course will inspire your intellectual curiosity and guide you to the journey of Management & Business Administration.
