Course Description

´Environmental policy and Law´will consider the following: ① What kind of policy will protect the environment, and ② How does the law work to protect the environment? As for environmental issues, not only pollution, but also many other issues to be studied in Japan and overseas, such as nature protection and climate change prevention, are emerging one after another. Also, the fields related to the environment are wide, and the environmental laws are also diverse. Since this is a subject of political science, you will learn basic knowledge of law and learn about environmental policy and environmental laws.
