Course Description

　There are many performing arts that have been enjoyed in Japan. In this lecture, we will learn about the history of Japanese performing arts. This lecture will focus on Bugaku, Gagaku, and Sangaku, which were introduced from overseas in ancient times, and Noh and Kyogen, which were established in the Middle Ages.
