Course Description

All students in the Faculty of Foreign Languages are expected to study abroad in order to hone the language skills they have developed so far, to deepen their own knowledge, and to acquire intercultural understanding skills.
In this pre-seminar, we will provide you with three preparations to make your study abroad or graduation research fulfilling. (1) Preparation for study abroad, such as the procedures for airline tickets and visas, examination of baggage to bring, and consideration of study and daily life in the destination country; (2) Development of language and communication skills necessary for study abroad; and (3) Preparation for study abroad and graduation research. The first is the preparation of a research proposal for a research project.
