Course Description

As science and technology advance and develop in modern society, the actions and judgments of the residents are required, the distrust of the government and experts is increasing. The composition of binary oppositions such as experts / non-experts and administration / residents cannot be broken through. This class introduces cases of overcoming the binary opposition scheme and solving social problems in domestic and overseas regions based on risk communication theory. The students should participate the groupwork in class.
